A detailed description of creating a call can be found in the article Creating (Planning) a Call. In this article, we will cover the most common way to create calls in the CRM system.
If you need to schedule multiple clients or companies, you can use the planning mode in one of the specified sections.
Let's look at scheduling client call in this example.
-
Go to the Clients section.
-
Apply filters if necessary. For example, apply the filter Only My Clients and Clients of Category A.
-
Use the search if needed. Additionally, in the contextual search, enter the word Miami (search by city), NV (street name), and 12 (house number).
- As a result, 25 clients matching the search and filter criteria will be displayed.
-
Next, switch to planning mode, which looks like a calendar and is located next to the search bar.
- On the right, the day will be displayed as in the schedule. You can change the day using the arrows or by clicking on the month and year.
- On the left side of the client cards, dots will appear. By holding the dots to the left of the desired row, the user can drag the client to a convenient time in the schedule, allowing them to plan a call for the specified date and time.
This way, you can easily filter and then plan an entire day. The same approach works in the Companies section.
