Sometimes, clients may disappear, or their information, such as specialization, workplace, full name, or other details, may be incorrect.
Who can modify client data in my database?
Only your colleagues or the database verification department (if the service is purchased) have access to modify data in your client database.
How can I restore the data to its previous state?
-
Changes in the Active Client Database
- Search for the client in the active database using key terms (e.g., street name, full name, company name). Make sure all filters are turned off.
- Click Edit and make the necessary changes.

Changes in the Archived Client Database
- In the Filters section, apply the Clients in Archive filter. Then, search for the required entry in the archived database. If the client is found in the archive, check the reason for archiving.
-
If the reason for archiving is Duplicate, find the original record in the active database and work with that.
- If the reason for archiving is something else, click Edit, remove the archive reason in the Archive Reason field, and click Save. The client record will then be available in the active list.

I’ve already made these changes, but someone is reversing them!
As mentioned earlier, changes can be made by either your colleagues or the verification department.
To obtain detailed information and prevent this from happening again, contact technical support and provide the Client ID displayed in preview mode.
This will allow support staff to identify who made the changes and help forward the information to the verification department.
