- Reason — shows the reason why the email was not sent.
- % — shows the percentage share of unsent emails for the selected reason.
- Count — shows the number of unsent emails for the selected reason.
In the tooltip example:
- Reason: The recipient has unsubscribed
- %: 2.57%
- Count: 443
This means that 443 emails were not sent because the recipients had unsubscribed. This reason represents 2.57% of all unsent emails in the selected reporting period.
