Add a widget to show a report, a figure, or a Power BI page on the Home page of Cloud CRM.
Add a widget
- Open Admin Tool → Cloud CRM settings → Widget.
2. Select the layout the widget belongs to — the default layout or a role layout.
3. Click Add widget.
4. In the Kind list, select what the widget displays: Info, Table, Percent, or Power BI.
5. In the Report list, select the report. The list depends on the kind you selected: Power BI widgets offer only reports connected to Power BI, the other kinds offer only the rest.
6. Fill in the remaining fields of the Detailed section. They differ by kind — see Widget kinds.
7. Click Save.
ℹ️ Note: Select the Kind first. The Report field stays inactive until a kind is chosen, because the kind determines which reports can be used.
The new widget appears at the end of the list. Set its size, move it to the position you need, and click Save above the list to apply the layout.
Power BI widgets
A Power BI widget needs one more field, Report page. The list of pages is requested from Power BI when you select the report, so it may take a moment to load.
Several Power BI widgets can be added to one layout, including different pages of the same report. What cannot be repeated is the same page of the same report in two widgets.
