On the Home widget tab, administrators can turn widgets on and off, change their order and size, and edit their content.
Turn a widget on or off
Click the toggle in the widget row. A widget that is turned off is not shown to users, but its settings are kept — turn the toggle back on and it returns with the same size and content.
The size buttons of a disabled widget are greyed out.
Change the order
Grab the handle on the left of a row and drag the widget to the position you need. The number in the widget name reflects its position, and the Preview panel updates as you drag.
Change the size
Click one of the four size buttons in the widget row:
- S — one cell.
- M — two cells.
- L — three cells.
- Full — the whole screen.
⚠️ Important: A Full widget always starts a new page and is the only widget on it. If the previous page was only partly filled, it stays that way — the widgets that follow are not pulled up, because that would break the order you set.
Full is available for every widget, but it was added for Power BI and report widgets: a report page squeezed into a single row is hard to read.
Edit a widget
Click the pencil icon in the widget row, change the settings in the Edit widget form, and click Save.
The fields in the form depend on the widget kind — see Widget kinds.
ℹ️ Note: The pencil icon is unavailable for system widgets such as Sync, Notifications, Reminders, and Time tracker. Their content is fixed; only the size, order, and on/off state can be changed.
Save the changes
Click Save above the list to apply everything you changed. Until then, users still see the previous configuration.
