The Home widget tab defines what users see on the Home page of Cloud CRM: which widgets appear, in what order, and how large each of them is.
Open the widget settings
- On the Dashboard, open Admin Tool.
- In Cloud CRM settings, select Widget.
The settings open on the Home widget tab. Two more tabs are available in the left pane: Filters and Synchronization.
Layouts
A layout is a separate set of widgets on the Home page of Cloud CRM. The Default layout applies to everyone who has no layout of their own. Any role can be given its own layout that overrides the default.
- Click the layout name at the top of the list.
- Select Default layout or a role, for example Super admin (ROLE_SUPER_ADMIN). Use the search field when the list is long.
ℹ️ Note: Configure the default layout first, and create role layouts only for roles that genuinely need a different set of widgets.
The widget list
Each row shows the widget name with its position number, a toggle, the four size buttons, and the edit icon. Widgets are listed in the order they appear on the Home page.
Two kinds of rows are mixed in the list:
- System widgets — Sync, Notifications, Reminders, Time tracker. They can be enabled, resized, and reordered, but their content is fixed, so the edit icon is unavailable.
- Report widgets — widgets built on a report or a Power BI page. These can be edited, and new ones can be added.
Preview
The Preview panel on the right shows the resulting Home page. Use the three icons above it to check the layout on different screen sizes — what fits into one row on a wide screen moves to the next row on a narrow one.
The preview shows every page of the Home screen, not only the first one, so you can see how full-size widgets shift the rest.
Save the changes
Changes in the list are not applied until you click Save. Cancel discards everything you changed since the last save.
What users see
Users open the configured widgets on the Home page of Cloud CRM. The example below shows the Sync widget, two Power BI widgets, and Latest messages.
If the Home page has more widgets than fit on one screen, users move between pages with the arrows in the top right corner.
