Proxima CRM Product
New Features
- Filter Manager in AdminTool
A new Filter Manager has been added to AdminTool, allowing administrators to centrally configure, manage, and control visibility for Cloud CRM filters.
In the new Filter Manager (AdminTool → AdminTool - Cloud CRM settings), you can create, edit, copy, and delete filters for your users — including who sees each filter.
What this changes: filter setup no longer goes through a support request. You build and adjust filters yourself, without waiting on another team.
Note:
- Requires access to AdminTool - Cloud CRM settings.
- Filters created before Filter Manager appear in the grid. You can change their visibility, but their conditions stay locked.
- Microsoft Teams Online Meetings for CRM Calls ("Link Outlook")
CRM calls can now be planned as Microsoft Teams online meetings with a subject, an agenda, and a multi-participant invite.
This update helps users plan online calls more quickly and accurately. Meeting invitations now include clear titles and optional agendas, so participants can understand the meeting's purpose directly from their schedule. Several meeting participants can be added at once using copy and paste, reducing manual work when inviting multiple clients, colleagues, or external guests.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the call participant list displayed only one doctor instead of all relevant non-archived doctors assigned to the user. The Participants field now correctly displays all non-archived doctors assigned to the user's responsibility area.
- Fixed an issue where pharmacy and doctor calls were not closed after changing the status to Completed and saving. Pharmacy and doctor calls now close correctly after users fill in all required fields, change the status to Completed, and save the call.
- Fixed an issue where slides did not change when navigating through CLM presentations. Users can now correctly switch slides in presentations during calls and from the CLM section.
- Fixed an issue where the slide selection button could stop working after switching several slides in presentations. The slide selection button in the lower-left corner now continues to work correctly when users navigate through presentations during calls or from the CLM section.
