Overview
In version 16.0, we focused on expanding tools for planning field activities and data management. We improved system stability across Web and Mobile, optimized synchronization, and aligned data logic across platforms to ensure a more consistent user experience.
1. Proxima CRM Application
New Features
- Flexible Visit Planning (Drag-and-Drop) - Visits can now be quickly scheduled and adjusted using drag-and-drop in Day and Week calendar views.
- Photo Report Descriptions - Detailed metadata - such as type, shelf count, and linked brands - can now be added to photos in photo reports.
- Hyperlinks in Instant Messages - Clickable links are now supported in Instant Messages, allowing users to share direct paths to CRM screens, instructions, or external resources.
Material Manager (Web) - Managing promotional and sample materials is now available in the web version, including limit controls and usage tracking.
Improvements
- Unified Search in Cloud CRM - Previously, search could return different results on Web, iOS, and Android. Now results are the same regardless of the platform. Search also finds data in all languages configured in the system.
- Automatic Draft Cleanup in Cloud CRM - Unsaved records are now automatically deleted, ensuring that only confirmed data is displayed.
- UI and Data Consistency - Improved interface clarity and unified data behavior across different modules.
- CLM Presentations - Improved performance of HTML-based CLM presentations: corrected zoom behavior, reduced flickering, and eliminated visual artifacts.
2. Proxima CRM Platform
New Features
- Custom Objects: Editing and Import via Datasets - Data in custom objects can now be updated both individually and in bulk via datasets. Single records can be edited or new data imported using the same mechanism as standard objects.
Territory Manager (Alpha) - The first release of the territory management module, including:
- Creation of territory structures
- Assignment of customers, organizations, and users
Planned for upcoming releases: territory-based reporting, GeoForce integration (polygon-based territories), and migration of existing territory models.
3. Power BI
Improvements
- Power BI On-Demand Refresh - Reports can now be manually refreshed using the "Update Now" option.
- Analytics Enhancements - Improved target group logic and added plan-vs-actual comparisons in analytics.
Bug Fixes
- Visits and Planning: Fixed errors in creating and duplicating visits, generating time slots, and counter operations.
- CRM Analytics - Survey: Resolved an issue where survey data was displayed incompletely. All surveys for the current period, including those from dual visits, are now displayed correctly.
- Reports and Analytics: Restored correct data display and access to CRM Analytics (Survey tab).
- Custom Objects: Fixed data loading, preview displays, and access permission issues.
- Synchronization: Improved synchronization stability and data processing.
- UI and Stability: Resolved navigation issues (blank and white screens) and improved the display of fields and limits.
