Overview
In this release, we focused on giving field teams and administrators more context where they work - richer custom object lists, improved territory management in GeoForce, and new analytics for non-visit activities. We also improved role and time-format configurability.
1. Proxima CRM Product
Improvements
- All system roles visible in AdminTool → Profile - users can see and interact with every available role
- Unified polygon coloring at brick level in GeoForce - all parts of a multipolygon are colored together, simplifying territory management
- Time format (12h/24h) configurable per role - administrators can set the time format for each role, adapting the system for different teams
- Selective Voronoi polygon generation in GeoForce - users can generate Voronoi only for selected polygons while keeping others unchanged
- Presentations without product line binding in Cycle Plan - managers can add any presentation to Cycle Plan details regardless of product line
- Responsibility analytics with historical tracking - analysts can review data by clients, organizations, and categories as of any past date
- Visit card in Routes now opens in Cloud CRM - navigation redirects to Cloud CRM instead of the legacy CRM version
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the app could collapse and show an error message after starting screen sharing on Android devices. Screen sharing now starts correctly, and users are no longer redirected back to the schedule after reopening the app.
- Fixed an issue where pressing the "Б" key in the tag input field was incorrectly interpreted as pressing Enter. Keyboard input now works correctly: typed characters are added to the tag input field, and a new tag is created only after pressing Enter when no matches are found.Fixed an issue where clearing a translation saved an empty value in the database. After a translation is cleared, the value is now handled correctly and is no longer stored as an empty entry.
- Fixed an issue where the app update notification was not displayed. Users will now see the app version update message correctly when an update is available.
- Fixed an issue where landing page edits were not applied after clicking Save. Changes are now saved correctly, and the landing page reflects all updates made by the user.
2. Power BI
New Feature
- Action Dashboard - Activity Type Overview
A new dashboard has been added. It enables managers to consider non-visit activities when evaluating employee productivity, compare actual workloads across teams, and make better-informed decisions regarding resource planning and field force effectiveness.Improvements - HCP ALL - Contact Fields Added
HCP contact fields (email and phone) have been added. This reduces the time required to find contact information and enables managers to prepare communications, plan activities, and work with the HCP database without switching between different CRM modules.
Bug Fixes
- CRM Analytics - the Product Direction, Target Group, and Brand filters have been linked. Ensures accurate data segmentation, reduces the risk of incorrect management conclusions, and simplifies the analysis of team and brand performance within the selected product direction.
- GPS Report (Month filter) - month sorting has been fixed. Simplifies report navigation and reduces the risk of selecting an incorrect reporting period when analyzing field activity and planning team operations.
3. Proxima CRM Platform
New Feature
- Multiple Label Fields in Custom Object Lists
Object configuration now supports showing multiple fields in custom object item lists, not just one. Admins can mark several fields as "label" for a custom object - including reference, picklist, text, date, and numeric fields - to define which details appear in the item list. As a result, users see key information about each record (e.g. status, related record, date) directly in the list, without opening each item to understand its context. Search across the custom object list now also works on all fields marked as label, not just the primary one.
Improvements
- Readable Related Records in Datasets
Datasets in AdminTool now show readable values instead of technical IDs for reference-type custom fields on standard objects. Admins can now identify related records directly by name, without switching to the source object to decode them.
