Overview
Version 19 gives users direct control over synchronization through a new Settings screen, and extends offline support to custom fields and custom objects. GeoForce receives a significant expansion: custom GeoJSON layers, Voronoi generation on imported layers, user-defined balancing areas, and brick-type balancing refinement. Group visits now support per-participant sample consents and material distribution, and Event Machine gains mailing archive management and SCE participant status triggers.
1. Proxima CRM Product
New Features
- Synchronization Settings
A new Synchronization Settings screen is now available in the mobile and tablet applications. Users can manage automatic synchronization, select the synchronization frequency, control synchronization over mobile networks, configure synchronization notifications, start synchronization manually, and view synchronization history. Available settings depend on permissions configured by the administrator.
- New Application Version Notifications
The application now automatically notifies users when a new version becomes available. Upon release, users receive an in-app notification prompting them to update, ensuring the application remains current without requiring manual version checks.
- Enhanced Territory Balancing by Brick Type
GeoForce now extends territory balancing with an additional parameter at the final balancing step - brick-type cluster affinity. After standard balancing is complete, users can select a brick type to refine territory distribution based on brick codes, then apply the refined result to the map or discard it in favor of the original balancing solution.
- Geographic Data Upload in GeoForce
Users can now upload their own GeoJSON files to GeoForce and use the geographic data as custom map layers. Uploaded data is validated and can be previewed on the map before being applied, making it easier to work with client-specific geographic structures and boundaries.
- Generate Voronoi Polygons on Custom Layers
GeoForce now supports generating Voronoi polygons on imported custom geographic layers. Generated polygons can be saved and reused, and managers can assign territories to FTE using Brush and MultiBrush.
- User-Defined Balancing Areas
GeoForce now allows users to draw a custom boundary on the map to define the area used for territory balancing. This makes it possible to balance a focused area instead of the entire custom layer. Created boundaries can also be reused for balancing operations with different parameters.
- Event Machine Mailing Archive Management
Users can now archive and unarchive sent Single Mailing campaigns directly in Event Machine instead of deleting them. Archive status is automatically synchronized between Event Machine and OCM, ensuring the mailing status remains consistent across both systems.
- Conference Participant Statuses in SCE
Conference participant statuses can now be used in the Event and Check elements when configuring SCE scenarios. This allows users to automatically trigger different communication flows based on a participant's current status, such as registration, payment, or event attendance.
- Sample Consents for Group Visit Participants
Sample consent management has been improved for group visits. Users can now issue samples and collect a separate consent from each participant added to a visit, allowing multiple participants to receive samples within the same group visit.
- Product-Level Prescription Planning Data
Prescription planning data now supports planned values by SKU for individual HCPs. Product information is included in the relevant planning data and synchronized to users' devices, enabling more detailed product-level reporting.
- URL Shortening for Event Machine
URL shortening now supports Event Machine links. Event links can be automatically shortened, providing consistent link sharing and tracking across supported OCM content.
Improvements
- Improved Material Distribution for Group Visits
Material distribution during group visits has been improved. Users can now issue the same configured materials to both the primary client and other participants within a single group visit. Existing material limits and stock restrictions still apply.
- Order Management: Decline Reason Visibility
The Order Management integration has been improved. Decline reasons and supplier comments are now visible for rejected order items, with order data refreshed every five minutes.
- Search in Event Machine Drop-Down Lists
Search is now available in Event Machine drop-down lists. Users can quickly find the required value by entering part of its name, making it easier to work with long lists and reducing the risk of selecting the wrong option.
- Optimized Map Performance for High-Volume Data
GeoForce map rendering has been optimized to improve performance and stability when working with large geographic datasets. The updated rendering technology provides faster polygon visualization and smoother map interactions while preserving existing bricks and heatmap functionality.
- Improved Territory Balancing Error Messages
GeoForce now provides clear, user-friendly messages when balancing cannot start, helping users understand the issue and what needs to be corrected. The balancing form also provides access to documentation with geographic data requirements.
2. Proxima CRM Platform
New Features
- Offline Synchronization for Custom Fields and Objects
Synchronization support has been added for custom fields and custom objects in offline mode. Users can create, edit, and delete data while offline, with their changes automatically synchronized with the server when a connection becomes available.
- Custom Object Synchronization Settings (New Sync)
New administrative settings are available for configuring custom object synchronization. Administrators can define which user roles receive custom object data, set the synchronization depth and default synchronization mode, and control whether users can change the synchronization mode on their devices.3.
3. Power BI
New Features
- Calls Watchers in CRM Analytics
Managers can now see not only the primary participant in a visit but also all observers involved, providing a more complete picture of team activity, more accurate analysis of employee engagement, and reduced risk of overlooking participants during performance evaluations.
- Priority Analysis in Helpdesk
Lets users prioritize the most important inquiries, speeding up responses to critical cases and improving service level management.
- Enhanced Activity Type Overview
Gives managers an instant overview of their non-visit workload without needing to analyze detailed reports, speeding up decision-making. Built-in prompts reduce the learning curve for new users and minimize the risk of misinterpreting data.
