Overview
Version 20.0 opens the US market and lets medical representatives reach beyond their own territory: they can search for doctors and organizations anywhere, download verified records from the external Axioma database, and hold calls at any address where they meet a doctor. Sample distribution is now checked against the doctor’s active license, and HCP records include the NPI code. Representatives can invite doctors to events straight from a call, and mailings can give each recipient a personal registration or stream link. The Home Page now shows Power BI reports, links to external resources and a Cycle Plan KPIs dashboard, and managers get new charts showing how each representative’s time is split between call and non-call activity.
1. Proxima CRM Product
New Features
Global Search for HCPs and HCOs
Medical representatives can now find doctors and organizations outside their own territory and add them to their work, in both the web and mobile apps. Search by region with filters by city, specialty, or institution type. Added records appear among the user's own records and are available offline.
Search for HCPs and HCOs in Axioma
Users can now search the external Axioma database directly from the CRM and download a record into the system instead of creating it by hand. Results are marked as coming from an external source, and a downloaded record arrives with the provider's verified data, including the NPI code. Downloading runs in the background, so users can keep working, and a notification tells them when the record is ready.
Power BI Reports on the Home Page
A new widget shows a Power BI report right on the Home Page, with data for the signed-in user, and the full report opens in one tap. Several widgets can be added, including different pages of the same report.
Call Addresses for HCPs
Calls are no longer limited to institutions. Medical representatives can now conduct a call at any place where they meet a doctor, such as a private office or a cafe. New Addresses and Address fields in the HCP and call cards let users add meeting addresses, set the primary workplace, and choose a personal default call location.
License Check for Sample Distribution
For licensed samples, the system helps representatives record distribution only at an allowed call address, based on the HCP’s active license. The app automatically checks the call address state against the HCP’s valid licenses, if license control is enabled. If a valid license exists, the sample can be added and the license used is saved for audit; if not, the representative receives a clear message explaining what is missing.
NPI Code for HCPs
HCP records now have a standard NPI Code field for the National Provider Identifier used in US. It can be viewed, edited and is synchronized to mobile devices.
Invite Doctors to Events from a Call
A new Events block in the call card lists upcoming published events, and medical representatives can invite the doctor from the current call in one click. The invited doctor appears in the event's participant list, and participants stay in sync between the CRM and Event Machine.
Personal Registration Links for Event Invitations
Add the new %EVENT_REGISTRATION% placeholder to a message or button, select the event, and every recipient gets a personal registration link. Invited contacts appear in the participant list immediately. Works in all mailing types in OCM and Event Machine.
Personal Event Stream Links in Mailings
Add the new %EVENT_STREAM% placeholder to a message or button, select the event, and every recipient gets their personal stream link. Links no longer need to be prepared and uploaded to OCM in advance.
Links to External Resources on the Home Page
Users can quickly access important external resources, such as a corporate portal or training materials, directly from the Home Page or navigation menu. The links they see are tailored to their profile, so they can find the right resources in one click.
Improvements
Simplified Search Bar in the Mobile App
On phones, the Clients and Institutions sections now show only the search field and filters. Other actions, such as the map and global search, have moved to the ⋮ menu, where each one is labeled.
Mailing Statuses for Event Machine Campaigns
Separate campaigns launched from Event Machine now show their current status at every stage - pending, in progress, delivered, or failed — in both Event Machine and OCM.
Scheduled Mailings Cannot Be Set in the Past
When a mailing is scheduled or rescheduled, the system now checks the send date and time. If they have already passed, the mailing cannot be saved or launched, and the user sees a clear message explaining why. This prevents mailings that can never be delivered.
2. Proxima CRM Platform
New Features
Doctor Licenses in the CRM
The system now stores medical licenses for doctors, including the state, license number, status, and validity dates.
Multiple Linked Records in Reference Fields
Reference fields can now link a record to several records of another object at once, and the selection works offline. Users choose from records already available on the device, and the links are synchronized with the server together with the rest of their changes.
3. Power BI
New Features
Cycle Plan KPIs on the Home Page
A new Power BI dashboard on the CRM Home Page shows plan execution at a glance, without opening the full CRM Analytics report. Four gauges (Calls, Promotions, Coverage and Frequency) show the current cycle: how much of the cycle target is done, whether you are on pace for today, and how much remains with the daily rate needed to finish on time. Colour coding (below 80% red, 80–99% amber, 100% and above green) gives an instant read on the situation. Representatives see their own figures and managers see their team's. Both use the same calculation as the full report, so the numbers always match.
Workload Structure on the Action New Tab
New charts on the Action New tab show how each medical representative's time is split between call and non-call activity. Managers can instantly see who is falling short of the expected workload, by company and direction, and correct activity right away. Two TOP-10 rankings highlight the employees with the most unaccounted time and the most overtime. The working time fund follows each employee's national calendar, so teams in different countries are comparable.
