New Features
- AI-Powered Call Result Processing from Audio
Recorded calls are automatically transcribed and analyzed by AI to generate structured call results. This reduces manual data entry after each visit.
- User Consent for Audio Recording During Calls
Before using audio recording, the user reads the consent terms and confirms approval with a signature. After consent is provided, the system saves the confirmation and does not request it again.
- Viber Carousel Messages
Users can now create and send Viber messages containing a horizontally scrollable set of cards. Each card can include an image, text, and action buttons, making communication more visual, interactive, and flexible.
- Event Machine: Timeline Markup for Engagement Analytics
Event Managers can mark timeline segments with product tags and assign speakers. After the event, chat activity (questions, answers) is mapped to each tagged segment, showing which presentations generated the most audience engagement.
- Route Navigation to an Organization Address
A route icon is now available on call cards and organization cards. Tapping the icon opens the preferred navigation app (Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps) with the organization's address as the destination.
- "Changes in the Last 7 Days" Widget on the Cloud CRM Main Page
The widget shows the number of HCOs and HCPs that were added, changed, or archived during the last 7 calendar days. The data is displayed according to the user's territory or assigned base.
- Quick Access to Proxima Marketing from Cloud CRM
A navigation tile on the Cloud CRM main page allows users to switch directly to Proxima Marketing in one tap.
- Dictionary from Selected Dataset Fields in UserData 3.0
Administrators can now select which dataset fields are used as the record identifier and display name when generating a dictionary. Multiple fields can be concatenated into a single display name.
Improvements
- Multiple Report Tabs on HCP/HCO Cards in the Mobile App
Previously, the mobile app displayed only one report on the HCP/HCO card. The number of available report tabs is now determined by system settings rather than a fixed one-report limit.
- Monthly Material Received from the Material Manager
The Material Manager now supports monthly material receiving and month-based stock tracking. Users can view promotional materials received for the selected month, confirm new material arrivals, and work with any remaining materials from the previous month that were not fully used. The functionality supports both newly uploaded invoices and system-generated invoices for transferred remaining stock. Previous months can be reviewed using the month filter, with the selected month shown in the header.
- Notification About New Materials Received in the Warehouse
Managers now receive a notification when new materials arrive in their warehouse.
- Improved Edit Permissions for Closed Entities
The system now supports improved permission logic for editing and deleting closed entities, including calls, tasks, fuel reports, accounting records, and pharmacovigilance records.
- Configurable Organization Limit for Voronoi Polygon Generation
GeoForce users can now generate Voronoi polygons by specifying the target number of organizations per polygon.
Proxima CRM Platform
New Features
- Related Records Directly on the HCP/HCO Card
Field reps can now open, create, edit, and delete a custom object's related records directly from an HCP or HCO card, without switching to another section. The tab appears on cards set up for that object type even before any records exist, so reps can add the first record right from there.
Note: related custom-object records require an online connection and are not available offline. Which objects get a tab is configured by the administrator.
- Work Without Breaking to Sync
Field reps no longer stop work to sync. The app now syncs in both directions in the background, so reps make their changes and receive the latest server data without interrupting what they are doing. Previously, sync only sent data up, and pulling fresh data from the server meant pausing to sync.
Note: manual (forced) sync is still available and works the same as before.
Improvements
- Heads-Up Before Large Imports
When uploading or updating 100,000+ rows into an object, administrators now receive an advance warning about the data volume, so a heavy operation is flagged before it runs.
